On 26th April 2008 Teign Valley Golf & Hotel hosted the first PUMA Golf Day in the South-West. The weather was kind and the golf course was in superb condition, with the greens providing a summer like surface so early in the season is a credit to the greens staff.

A big thank you to all competitors that took part (nearly 100 of you graced the fairways and rough!), I hope you all had a great time, and enjoyed the day. I would also like to thank the sponsors for the day; PUMA for generously supplying the prizes, showing off the wide array of quality and fashionable golfing apparel now available in the pro-shop at Teign Valley; Waverly TBS for providing drinks and raffle prizes; Titleist for contributing balls for the two’s sweep; and Teign Valley for use of the course and facilities.
